Jeff Bloomfield Headshot

Jeff Bloomfield

Author of Neuro Selling Mastering the Customer Conversation Using the Surprising Science of Decision Making

After being the first person his blue-collar family to graduate college straight out of high school, he spent his corporate career in Biotech, where he led several product launches for genetic cancer therapies. One of those therapies was for brain cancer. It was here that he discovered the power of neuroscience and the fact that outside of academia, most of corporate America didn’t really understand how the brain actually worked, otherwise we wouldn’t communicate with customers and employees the way it was currently being done. From there he set out with a new mission, to teach others what he’d learned about the biology, psychology and physiology of the brain, and how to apply those learnings in a simple and understandable way to be more impactful communicators.

Hannah Ubl Headshot

Hannah Ubl

Co-Founder of Good Company, and public speaker

Hannah Ubl’s core mission is to create organizations that don’t suck. She’s devoted her career to flipping the traditional workplace script, throwing out the old “employees are lines on a spreadsheet” in favor of treating people at work more like… well, people. As Co-founder of Good Company Consulting, Ubl is sought after for her bold take on building workplaces that prioritize the human experience while simultaneously increasing the bottom line. Hannah’s dedicated the past decade to researching people at work – not just top talent and leadership – but everyone in between. She’s discovered a strangely well-kept secret for recruiting and retaining the workforce of the future: the best recipe for organizational success is rooted in mindfulness, empathy, and kindness.

Hannah’s work is a fresh approach to the standard (and outdated) workplace narrative. Not afraid to ask the hard questions, she pushes audiences towards self-inquiry to help them become better leaders, better managers, and better colleagues.
