Lisa Tobio, Vice President of Human Resources at Performance Foodservice, was honored today with the 2023 Mike Roach Leadership Award at the IFDA Distribution Solutions Conference.
The Mike Roach Leadership Award recognizes an outstanding participant from each annual class of the IFDA Executive Development Program. The award is named after Mike Roach, a former Ben E. Keith Foods president who was known for his commitment to leadership development.
Tobio was selected for the award for her outstanding leadership skills and her commitment to the foodservice distribution industry.
