Overview

The IFDA Partners Executive Forum (PEF) provides an excellent setting for strategic discussions between foodservice distributors and manufacturers. In three days, company teams can hold up to 30 meetings to discuss goals, objectives, and strategies for profitable business growth.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

To have profitable strategic discussions, you need to bring decision makers and make sure you have a well-defined agenda. The end goal is to find ways to build business together and bringing the right people maximizes your results. Meeting participants should include company leadership with full decision-making authority AND personnel with knowledge of specific trade relationships. That includes the CEO or President, senior executives with responsibility for corporate planning, and account managers with knowledge about specific trade relationships. It is important that individuals with authority are present to make commitments as well as executives who manage individual accounts for successful follow-through to commitments.

The opening networking event is a great opportunity to catch up with peers and trading partners before top-to-top meetings begin. The evening also features recognition of the IFDA Partner of the Year.

Monday, January 29
IFDA Partners Program Meetings
50-minute meetings on the hour with trading partners. A reception follows Partner Meetings with dinner on your own.

Tuesday, January 30
IFDA Partners Program Meetings
50-minute meetings on the hour with trading partners. A reception follows Partner Meetings with dinner on your own.

Wednesday, January 31
IFDA Partners Program Meetings
35-minute meetings with ten minutes between meetings.

Registration for the 2019 Forum will open in August 2018 and meeting scheduling will open in October 2018. The Walt Disney World Swan provides an outstanding location for this top-to-top event. The property includes numerous meeting rooms and spacious suites for IFDA Partner meetings, an easy to navigate floor plan, business center, and a nearby digital print facility. While all forum meetings and events take place at the Swan, the overall resort includes both the Swan and Dolphin facilities.
