IFDA Introduces the IFDA Distributor's Choice Awards
New awards program celebrates outstanding performance and remarkable partnerships
IFDA is excited to announce the IFDA Distributor's Choice Awards, a new awards program that allows foodservice distributors to vote for manufacturers that go above and beyond in collaborative business practices!
IFDA distributor members have the unique opportunity to reward their most hardworking manufacturing partners in this new awards program. Foodservice distributors can rate foodservice manufacturer efforts on collaboration, product innovation, sales and marketing support, and other issues critical to the success of distributors and the overall supply chain. The program brings much deserved recognition to those trading partners that go above and beyond. Voting opens on Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021 and closes on Friday, Nov. 19, 2021.
The Distributor's Choice Awards will honor one exceptional IFDA Partner for each of four categories:
- Strategic partner: Approaches business with your unique relationship in mind.
- Supply chain leader: Committed to service, reliability and excellence.
- Sales leader: Engages in joint sales and marketing planning.
- Product innovator: Creates products that meet operators' and customers' need.
Distributor's Choice Awards FAQs
Who can vote?
IFDA distributor members will be invited to participate via email. The votes are individual, so several employees from the same foodservice distribution company may cast their votes. We're looking for YOUR opinion on doing business with these manufacturers.
How does voting work?
Casting your vote is easy: simply pick one exceptional IFDA Partner for each of the four categories. You may select the same company for multiple categories, but only one company per category. If you don't have an opinion on a specific category, you may skip it by selecting N/A.
When will winners be announced?
The winners will be announced and honored at the 2022 IFDA’s Partners Executive Forum.
