Webinar Details

Held on May 14, 2024

The U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recently finalized its “Worker Walkaround Representative Designation Process” rule, more commonly known as the “worker walkaround” rule. Effective May 31, 2024, the rule greatly expands the scope of nonemployee third-parties who can accompany an OSHA inspector during an on-site workplace inspection. Join IFDA for a webinar to discuss the rule, its implications, and what you can do to prepare. The presentation will feature workforce policy experts, Peter Susser and Felicia Watson, from Littler Mendelsen and IFDA’s Senior Director for Policy & Government Affairs, Kristin Spiridon.
