State of the Street Monitor Special Report

This State of the Street Monitor Special Report highlights primary research on Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs). While only about one in 10 independent restaurant operators currently belong to a GPO, that number is trending up. Operators report cost-savings as their primary reason for GPO membership, but less than half say they are satisfied with the overall performance and service.
