This manual helps IFDA members understand and comply with FSMA requirements, and explains how to build off of existing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems. 

The manual was prepared by IFDA legal counsel Covington and Burling with input from the IFDA Food Safety Committee. This committee of industry quality assurance professionals has worked throughout the FSMA implementation process to provide regulators with an understanding of industry views and concerns.
