Compensation rates are moving faster than normal due to the tight labor market, so IFDA is conducting additional wage research in addition to our full-scale cross-industry hourly compensation survey.
The results of this wage pulse survey are based on confidential surveys from 51 distribution companies providing data for 114 locations and 21,354 employees nationwide. Data is reported for the period Jan 1 - Mar 31, 2022.
A previous wage pulse was conducted in 2021, with data from Jun 1 - Aug 31, 2021.
Contents include:
-
Wage rates for five positions: experienced and inexperienced/starting Class A CDL delivery driver, night shift selector, day shift selector, and stocker.
