Selection Criteria to be considered for the Darden Program
Candidates should be results-oriented, strong communicators, a strategic thinkers, and open to learning in new, experiential ways. In general, participants of this program possess at least 7 to 12 years of management experience, are considered high potential management executives, and are identified as having the potential for senior management, e.g., leading a business or business unit. The program is recommended for managers who are:
- Preparing to take on increasing responsibilities,
- Seeking to become more effective leaders, and
- Willing to broaden their business perspective.

Cost to Participate and What is Included:
Program Tuition: $5,560 ($2,780 Module I, $2780 Module II)
Room & Board at Darden: $1,860 ($930 Module I, $930 Module II)
Total Cost for Program: $7,420 ($3,710 Module I, $3,710 Module II)
The registration fee covers the program tuition, all materials, and room and board at Darden for Modules One and Two. The fee also includes registration to the IFDA Washington Insights Conference. Room and Board at Darden includes a room at the Inn at Darden Sunday - Tuesday, as well as breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, wireless, and use of the fitness center. Cost for room and board at Darden is $1,860 ($310 per day, for a total of six days).
Please Note: Registration does not include airfare and ground transportation. These are the responsibility of the participant. Attendees may extend their stay at the Inn at Darden beyond Sunday-Tuesday at their own expense. At the IFDA Washington Insight Conference, hotel and some meals are the responsibility of students.
