​By participating in this educational opportunity, attendees can expect:
Creating a sense of team work and building peer to peer relationships along with broadening industry understanding, JUMP START attendees will attend educational sessions designed to enhance their development in such areas as communication and personal branding.  Alumni from the program are encouraged to engage with new JUMP START attendees and share their experiences and learning as well as providing a platform to foster new relationships.
Program participants will build on their decision making, leadership and management skills while networking with colleagues within their own organizational structures.  Industry leaders frequent the JUMP START sessions and provide further expertise and opportunity for development and networking.  Sharing of like problems and possible solutions is an annual favorite as attendees take home applicable opportunities for improvement and friendships they can lean on moving forward.

Participants in the JUMP START Program will have practical and useful takeaways that will allow them to bring solutions back to your operation.
Full attendance and participation in the JUMP START Program will earn attendees a certificate of completion that can be proudly displayed within participant’s organizations. It is mandatory that registrants attend all JUMP START exclusive sessions to successfully receive their completion certificate. Please note, this is an IFDA "members only" opportunity and is limited to 50 registrants.
