IFDA Washington Insight Conference

The IFDA Washington Insight Conference takes place on Capitol Hill May 2-3 and we want every IFDA member to strongly consider sending a leader from your company. With a new pro-business administration in place, this is a tremendous opportunity to visit elected representatives. Together, IFDA Members can blanket Capitol Hill to tell legislative leaders about foodservice industry priorities. This conference is also an important opportunity to hear from officials and other experts about Federal policy and what these will mean to your business. Help bring positive change to our nation's government and register today.

2017 IFDA Washington Insight Conference

The first day of the conference includes "insight" sessions in the morning followed by Capitol Hill visits in the afternoon and then a networking reception and dinner at Hill Country Barbecue. The second day includes an opening discussion about what was accomplished on Capitol Hill, addition insights sessions, and a concluding lunch buffet as people depart. Subjects on the agenda will be released as speakers are confirmed.

This is an opportunity to:
  • Learn about the priorities of the Trump Administration on the issues critical to distributors.
  • Understand how tax, transportation, and labor issues will impact your company and the industry.
  • Tell your company's story to lawmakers and help them understand your business and the challenges faced by foodservice distributors.
