How the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Will Impact your Business

On March 23, President Obama signed into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to completely restructure the nation's health insurance system.  A week later, he signed the Health Care and Education Affordability Reconciliation Act to amend various sections of the new law. Join Andrew Shore of Jochum Shore and Trossevin (IFDA's healthcare counsel) and Jon Eisen, IFDA Senior Vice President of Government Relations, as they walk through the provisions of this new law and find out how it will impact your business. The fee for IFDA members and IFDA partners is $55 using code PP22ACA when registering. The non-member rate is $459. Please note, IFDA membership status will be verified for all registrants.
